Glamping Hohe Wand Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Glamping Hohe Wand (hereinafter referred to as "Glamping Hohe Wand") and its guests (hereinafter referred to as "Guest") for the use of the glamping tents at the Glamping Hohe Wand campsite.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract between the Guest and Glamping Hohe Wand comes into effect upon booking a glamping tent. The booking can be made online, by phone or by email. By booking, the Guest agrees to these GTC.

3. Services

Glamping Hohe Wand provides the Guest with a glamping tent with the equipment agreed upon in the booking contract. The equipment may vary depending on the glamping tent type.

4. Prices

The prices for the glamping tents can be seen on the booking portal. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

5. Payment

The Guest must pay the price for the glamping tent upon booking. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.

6. Cancellation Terms

The Guest can cancel free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. From the 28th day before arrival, a cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee is as follows:

• up to 10 days before arrival 70%
• up to 14 days before arrival 50%
• up to 21 days before arrival 10%
• from 28 days before arrival 0%

7. Security Deposit

Upon arrival, the Guest must pay a security deposit of € 70,-. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure after the glamping tent and inventory have been properly returned.

8. Arrival and Departure

The glamping tent can be occupied from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the glamping tent must be vacated by 11 a.m.

9. House Rules

The Guest is obliged to comply with the house rules. The house rules are displayed in the glamping tent and can also be viewed on the website.

10. Liability

10/1. General Provisions

• These liability rules apply to the booking and use of glamping tents at the Glamping Hohe Wand campsite.
• By booking a glamping tent, the Guest agrees to these liability rules.
• The Guest is liable for all damage that occurs to the glamping tent and inventory during his stay, unless he can prove that this damage was not caused by him, his family members or his companions.
• The campsite operator is obliged to treat the glamping tents and inventory with care and to observe the safety regulations.
• In case of non-compliance with the safety regulations, the campsite operator may warn the Guest and in extreme cases may refer him from the campsite.

10/2. Liability for Damage

• The Guest is liable for all damage to the glamping tent and inventory caused by improper use or negligence.
• This includes in particular:
• Fire damage
• Water damage
• Damage caused by smoke, soot or vermin
• Damage caused by willful destruction
• Damage caused by improper operation of equipment
